Qualified from Imperial College London, Mr Kapoor trained at renouned institutions including Great Ormond Street Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital and The Royal Marsden Hospital. Then going on to New York at Memorial Sloane Kettering and Massachusetts Eye & Ear Institute in Boston. He completed specialist Fellowships from Guys Hospital, London and The Royal College of Surgeons Fellowship at Charing Cross Hospital.
Mr Kapoor is widely published and regularly lectures at conferences. He offers care for all aspects of both Peadiatric and Adult Ear, Nose and Throat concerns.
As a previous Lead Clinician and currently Head & Neck Cancer Lead for Surrey & Sussex NHS Trust he has strong relationships will all regional allied specialties.
Mr Kapoor has done research in Thyroid Surgery, Cancer treatment, Voice and Trans-oral Laser Surgery.
He provides specialist surgical care for Vocal cord issues, Thyroid lesions, Head & Neck Cancer and LASER surgery.
Mr Dhar graduated in Medicine from Imperial College, London.
Training at hospitals including Guy’s & St Thomas’ and Great Ormond Street Children Hospital. He is double fellowship trained. Awarded the Royal College of Surgeons Interface fellowship at Queen Victoria Hospital and the a post CCT fellowship at The Royal Surrey hospital.
Mr Dhar has a busy Thyroid, Head and Neck, Voice, General ENT including Paediatric ENT Practice.
Mr Dhar is the Clinical lead and GIRFT lead for ENT, Local faculty group lead for Surgery at East Kent hospitals University foundation NHS Trust, the 5 th biggest NHS Trust in the UK. He is also Royal College of Surgeons Surgical tutor for the William Harvey Hospital.
He was awarded a London deanery bursary for a Masters in Surgical Education at Imperial College, London. He has published 26 publications and a book chapter, presented nationally and internationally and has organised and taught on numerous courses ultimately focussed on improving the outcomes of his patients.
Mr Dhar regularly attends courses and conferences all over Europe and beyond, learning new techniques and furthering his knowledge.
Outside of medicine he enjoys time with his young family, Keeping fit, skiing, cricket, golf, global cuisine and appears to be developing an interest in gardening.
